Stokes National Park is a national park in Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia, 538 km south-east of Perth. The National Park is located 80 kilometres (50 mi) west of Esperance on the southern coast. A vehicle entry fee applies to Stokes National Park. The Park is named after Stokes Inlet which lies within the park and is its best known feature.

Badgingarra National Park is a national park in Western Australia, 190 km north of Perth off the Brand Highway adjacent to the town of Badgingarra. The area is mostly composed of low scrub with plant species such as mottlecah, smokebush, Banksia, Verticordia, kangaroo paw and the rare Badgingarra mallee are found throughout the area.

Cape Range National Park is a national park in Western Australia, 1,105 kilometres north of Perth. The park occupies the western side of the North West Cape peninsula over an area of 47,655 hectares. The nearest town is Exmouth. Over 700 caves are located within the park and it is probable that many others remain undiscovered. Over 630 species of wildflower are found within the park, that generally bloom toward the end of winter.

The Perth Zoo is a 41-acre zoo that opened in 1898 in South Perth, Western Australia. As of January 2011, it is home to 1258 animals of 164 species and includes an extensive botanical collection. In 2010/11, the zoo had a paid staff of about 248 (167 full-time equivalents), plus about 300 volunteer docents. It is a full institutional member of the Zoo and Aquarium Association (ZAA) and the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA).

Brockman National Park is a national park in the South West region of Western Australia (Australia), 288 kilometres (179 mi) south of Perth and 10 km (6.2 mi) south of Pemberton. The park, situated on both sides if the Pemberton-Northcliffe road, is predominantly composed of Karri and Marri Forest. The forest understorey is made up of a mix of plants including swamp peppermint, karri hazel, karri wattle and karri sheoak all of which thrive in the damp conditions.

Sir James Mitchell Park is a park along the southern foreshore of Perth Water in Perth, Western Australia. It lies within the suburb of South Perth from Mends Street Jetty, to just south of Heirisson Island. It was formerly a riverside area with a number of issues regarding management. In the 1950s market gardens were closed in the area.
